Ishikawa Prefecture is one of Japan’s prefectures. The central part of Honshu, is located in the Hokuriku region of the Sea of Japan side. Meiji is a region that has been referred to as the “Kaga” and “Noto” to the era. Prefectural capital is Kanazawa.
